Larry has over 50 years of experience in a variety of business functions with a focus on marketing, sales, customer support and information systems.

He is a Senior Partner at Basadur, certified facilitator and trainer in the Simplexity creative problem solving process, with the Professional Innovation Advisor (PIA) designation.​​

Greg Roberts

Greg has over 40 years of leadership experience building relationships with new clients and in a range of development areas including content, media, software and courseware. 

He leads teams of instructional designers, writers, subject matter experts, courseware developers, and Learning Management System (LMS) administrators in client service initiatives.
He is an Associate of Basadur certified in Simplexity and uses it extensively to inform the planning and execution of projects.
