We learn from research. It informs important decisions about what we do and how we do it. It supports and defends actions taken.
At Protonic, the fundamental method we use in our work is Simplexity. We use it because through experience and research we know that it works well.
Simplexity was developed by Dr. Min Basadur working at R&D, Proctor & Gamble and later at McMaster University. During the academic period he engaged in research and published numerous papers, as author or co-author.
This work has established a milestone of understanding that innovative and creative thinking can be learned and improved.
